Finding time to workout is often difficult if not some days impossible for moms.  seems everything can be set in place; you begin your workout when the baby wakes up early, or the toddler wants to be held or the babysitter couldn’t commit.  UGH!!!! sometimes we just have to make it work.  this mom and her sister found a way to make it work. for 28 days, granted they did miss a few but only due to previous Bible study commitment, they worked out with kids in tow, in a dirty garage and in the heat of a tulsa july.  they did a great job, i fell in love with their adorable kids, we laughed a lot and learned a lot.  hope this video motivates you to do the same—-WORKOUT—–and, on the days it doesn’t work —its o.k.  after all, your children do come first!!!!
