fit tip: keep an extra pair of socks and shoes with you.  after your work out always change to fresh socks and fresh shoes in summer, winter, spring and fall .  this protects your feet and will help shoes last longer.  don’t leave wet shoes in your bag during any season.  they will mildew.  i open my sweaty shoes wide and leave in my trunk ready for next workout. a bottle of powder in your bag is also helpful between workouts and errands.
