fit tip:  posture is critical issue in today’s health due to computers and other “fun” technological devices that FILL our day.  practice proper posture–it does require attention and lots of effort. keep your head up over your shoulders, back should maintain its 3 natural curves.  when sitting at computer your eyes should be level with top portion of your monitor.  shoulders back, relaxed.  your monitor should be 18-30 inches away(idea, april 2011) and directly in front of your head.  take breaks—get up, stand up  and briefly walk around.
