FIT TIP:  Drink before you get thirsty.  When you want something sweet, instead drink a glass of water.  Unless you exercise for MORE THAN 60 minutes(moving the entire time) only drink water.  If exercise longer than 60 minutes you do need to replace sodium and mineral losses.
