FIT TIP   begin your work out with a warm up for the purpose of raising the body’s temperature aiming to wake up the whole body and prepare for the workout physically and mentally.  while warming up concentrate on your posture, core stabilization, breathing, good feet placement and things you need to remember during your session—such as timing a flexibility session at the end of your workout.  utilize your warmup to remember and practice a certain area of concern, such as posture, that you want to specifically work on during the workout.
