today i went to my eye appointment.  interestingly the doctor inquired about my diet.  in the conversation she advised me to continue eating eggs regularly because they contain lutein, among other great nutrients such as omega 3s.  lutein contributes to eye health.  it helps prevent common causes of age related illnesses.  eggs have so many nutrients —they are a nutrient dense food.  they are one of the most nutrient dense foods we can eat claiming to be the food that would “cure” most Americans’ nutrient deficiencies.   both the egg white and yolk are good for us—YES good for us.  eggs are real food made by God for us to consume—aye “real food”, one requirement when considering what is best to ingest!!
