maybe you already have a membership but need to know how to best use your time, or even how to correctly and effectively take advantage of what your gym has to offer.  i love gyms!!!!  there are all kinds of gyms from women only, athletic focused, to those for kids.  whichever you prefer, i can help you become confident with your workout at the gym.   you can learn safe and effective techniques which you can apply in your gym when working out whether alone or in a class.  gyms have different opinions and policies on “visiting trainers”.  i am happy to visit with you at your gym if allowed.  but  if not, i am also available to train you from your home on ways you can utilize your gym for your maximum success.
