FOOD TIPS:  what kinds of foods do i shop for?   real food(quality minerals and vitamins—why substitute real for fabricated and preservative overload), meat serving=size of bar of soap, drink lots and lots of water instead of lots and lots of flavored coffees and/or soft drinks;  avoid addictive corn syrup—a fun game to play;  35-50 grams of fiber per day; eat to live rather than live to eat; buy foods in season for maximum mineral and vitamin supply; avoid bottle juices—way too much sugar, sodium and calories and too few if any quality vitamins and minerals.
